I have always had a love of graphite. When doing portraits I like to add a bit of the person into the drawing. Maybe something they like or what kind of work they do. Just a little something to say who they are. Such was the case with the drawing of my daughter. She trains Standardbred racehorses. Of course I had to add the tack in the background with a little bit of a twist!
